On October 23rd, Dr. Lara Boyd spoke to over 750 teachers and others interested in educational brain plasticity at two conferences. She presented the preliminary educational plasticity data that has so far been collected and analyzed by the Brain Behavior Lab.
Presentations occurred at an educational conference put on by the Learning Assistance Teachers’ Association of BC and the Neuroplasticity and Education conference hosted by Eaton Arrowsmith, which has educational programs that help students with learning difficulties. The Vancouver Sun featured Lara and other well known neuroscientist who spoke at this conference.
